A Day With Dayglow

KRCX staffers Gavin and Noah were lucky to land some time with Sloane Struble, the front man and creator of the project Dayglow.

In our sit down, we discussed how touring has changed for Sloane, where Dayglow’s sound comes from, thrifting the style you see on stage, and more.

It’s no surprise Dayglow sold out Summit Music Hall at the end of September, especially with the explosive success of Fuzzy Brain on TikTok and the release of Harmony House earlier this year. The surprise came when the crowd was louder than the sound system in Summit, but that didn’t hinder Sloane & Co. from getting the place shakin.

Dayglow’s warm sound paired with a crowd ecstatic to be back with touring groups made the night something special that I could never relate to you from a web page.

Special Thanks to Sloane Struble, tour manager Kevin Scott, and Nicole from in2une Music for making this experience possible
