TWENTY ONE PILOTS: VESSEL JANUARY 2013

Tyler Joseph tells us the meaning behind their title "Vessel" is a comparison of the definition of the word and our bodies. He says that a vessel is an object that carries something more important on the inside than the outside, and he brings it to humans saying we are all vessels. We all are carrying things inside of us that are more important than outwardly appearance, our persons as a whole our traits and what makes us. Joseph also says that the body as vessel also shows that when we die all of the things being carried inside live on.
