THE LUMINEERS: CLEOPATRA APRIL 2016

Although the title of this album is also the name of an Egyptian royal, the album is actually a demonstration of the story of a woman cab driver that the lead band member met. They tell the story of this woman and her lifestyle in the Republic of Georgia, near Europe. She was an ambitious woman who lost her father very young and her love around the same time and still was determined to conquer the world. She was bursting with life and confidence, so the band used this story to their advantage and sold an album about the love and passion that people have in this world, you just have to find the right people.
