ADELE: 21 JANUARY 2011

This is an album that I think people forgot existed but both 10 and 19 year old me never recovered. Perhaps the most iconic breakup album of the decade, I really could leave this blurb at Rolling in the Deep and the point would still stand. The whole album however has songs that are just as much auditory orgasms as its first track. The lyrics seem relatable to everyone whether you've just gone through a breakup, are in a committed relationship, or have been single since birth. Give it another listen next time you're alone at 2am, it'll hit different.
