"The inspiration for Autonomy was pretty manic. All of us had/have wildly different musical favorite, but the bulk of the ideas for song structure, general tone, and instrumentation definitely were influenced by artists like Chris Cornell, Jerry Cantrell, Jimmy Page, and Ozzy. A lot of grunge as well." - band member, bassist Trever Davis. The members take us through a wild ride with this album with the songs being about the experiences the boys themselves have had in life. They bounce around talking about sex, narcotics and other desires and leading back around to the depression and anxiety each member has faced once before in their lives. Taking us through a personal yet grungy story about some good ole college boys.
